Your referrals generate $100 or more in Rewards If you are a Rewards member, and your Rewards member referrals exceed $100 in rewards earned, then you will 100% guaranteed receive your $5 referral signup bonuses. We are sorry that you did not have a good experience with our Rewards program, but I assure you that Webtalk's does pay the $5 signup bonuses.

Unfortunately, PayPal does limit who can create accounts on their platform and we have no control over who can access their services. However, we also offer Payoneer and Stripe as alternatives to collect payments for your Rewards. Please try connecting a Payoneer account to receive your Rewards.

Webtalk does pay for referrals under the following terms: 1. $5 per referral when they enroll in the free rewards program and receive their first Rewards payout of $100 or more. 2. You must have a $100 minimum rewards balance to cash out your rewards 3. You earn 10% of all advertising revenue and subscription revenue generated by your referrals. NOTE: If your referrals are not generating revenue for Webtalk then there will not be Rewards to pay. If your referrals are not referring other members who are generating revenue then they will not earn rewards and you will not receive the $5 signup bonus. Your referrals must be active using Webtalk to generate advertising revenue share from their usage, and must refer new members who are actively using their account to generate referral ad rewards. Hope this helps clarify why you may not be earning from Webtalk and we apologize for any misunderstanding you may have of the terms of the program.
