POSITIVES - Webstarts is a simple, easy to use platform. Anyone can master the very user-friendly drop and drag format, without any experience or advanced technical ability. It's also very affordable, which is great for anyone starting out! NEGATIVES - I have experienced a couple of minor technical glitches along the way. For example, when I return to edit the site, some fonts and layouts have 'magically' changed etc. I have experienced a few too many emails from the company trying to upsell. I have, to date, been unable to integrate Google Analytics with my Webstarts site (to track it's performance), as the platform does not give 'back end' access to the appropriate coding 'tags' for me to do so. Happy for someone to correct me on this if I'm wrong, or to let me know if this has been upgraded. There is a Webstarts stats functionality which is supposed to serve a similar function, but I have been told by professionals that Google Analytics is far superior, and I would rather use that. It also seems there are some limitations when attempting to professionally SEO the site for higher google rankings, due to the same issue.

I searched high, and low for a website template, and company that I could start off with a basic site, and grow from there. WebStarts have been just what I was seeking. A great site for the novice, to the expert ... ~ the customer service I will venture to say is excellent as well, however, I have yet to have to have reached out to them for anything to date. ~ so, for me the product is great, and I have had no problems with customer service, or communications.

I am just a beginner here but Webstarts is full of helps to get a beginner started. Very pleased with their service.

I am a stay at home mom who loves to craft. I enjoy making things to give a gifts. One day a friend of mine said "you should sell these". I have often thought about selling my crafts but had no idea how to go about creating a website and with my husband unemployed, paying someone to do it was not an option. I looked long and hard at several companies offering "free" websites and decided they really didn't mean free. Then I found WebStarts. The site is easy to use, even for someone like me who has never done this before. The tutorials are easy to understand and I love the drag and drop features. The choices of fonts, colors, pictures and videos is amazing. Their customer service is excellent as well. My questions were answered promptly and in a way I could understand. I am so glad I chose WebStarts. I hope to make enough to upgrade soon, in the meantime I have had nothing but positive feedback about my site. There hasn't been any pressure from them to upgrade either. Thank you WebStarts for giving me the opportunity to help make my dream of a website to sell my crafts a reality.

What pleases me most is the responsiveness of WebStart. They acknowledge any error or complains and respond immediately. They have a wonderful team. Kudos to them.

The customer service is excellent and always super helpful, never found a better deal or a easy way to build a site. I recommend Webstarts to anyone with no web design skills like me. It's awesome. My website it's pretty simple but very effective for my needs.
