As a long time WebStarts user, once again they have proved superior in customer service as I had an issue with a new website I am building. On top of that, their website builder is so easy to use but at the same time is so intricate that the most complex websites are a piece of cake with WebStarts.

You're better off creating a site somewhere else that doesn't want to take your money every chance it gets. If you want to open an online store DO NOT use WebStarts. You have to upgrade your account in order to view all the information someone has submitted through a contact form. Not to mention if you need to view details of an order form that someone has submitted, you again need to have an upgraded account. Being able to view orders or look at contact submissions are the most important features, and usually come free on other sites. Dedicated most of my day finally getting my site together and ready, only for it to be a TOTAL waste of time. Edit: My complaint isn't that the site isn't free. It's understandable that using a platform to make money would ask for an investment of some sort. My complaint is that the website isn't upfront about the fees to begin with. The only reason I found about certain features is because I tried to send test messages to myself and could not viee them. Even if the purpose of the site created is to make a blog, I don't see why simply being able to see a message that someone sent you through a form is hidden behind a paywall. As someone who's tried out Wix before and didn't like it too much, I would prefer it simply because compared to what WebStarts offer users for free, it's much more flexible and customizable, AND getting messages via contact form from readers/viewers is free. Edit 2: To clarify, when I said customization I was referring to the overall customization of the site, not the forms. The only thing you really need a contact form to do is get the person's name, contact, and message sent (which you can view without upgrading). In regards to price, I feel wix's features that users the needs (and more) to run a site vs more luxury features that a user would want (like opening shop, domain names, etc) are balanced enough to not make at users (at least me personally) feel like they were backed into a corner. Also, I don't feel it's too necessary to contact directly since I already know WebStart's stance in the matter.

Easy to learn, user friendly and seamless design. Price is very favourable, too (provided it stays like that!). Good after market lessons and advice. As a UK client I was/am impressed by the quick responses I get from their support team even though there is a 5 or 6 hour time difference!

WebStarts is the easiest, cost efficient, and best company for creating websites. I like to do my research and did the same as you by reading reviews. Then I called Wix and Go Daddy which both allowed me to demo there sites. Go Daddy did not have as much a selection of templates as Webstarts. I spoke to Aaron who helped me with WebStarts and setting up a website. If you are not familiar with making a website, WebStarts is one of the most user friendly sites for creating a website. WebStarts has a lot of templates for you to choose from no matter what your business! You can test them and preview them. Webstarts drag and drop makes it easy to upload information. Customer Service has been great and very helpful. Especially, Aaron who has been patient with someone who is new to WebStarts and website design! After you do your research which you should do, I believe you will come to the conclusion I did was that WebStarts is the best company around when it comes to creating professional websites!

The support I've received from Aaron and Steve has been the best customer support I have ever received, across all products I've ever needed support for, in my life. The customer support is amazing. Really blown away. They know what I need help with even if I don't ask for it correctly. And they reply to emails almost immediately. I highly recommend them, and I will never use a different provider.

I tried Shopify first. Everyone said it was the best. But I got bogged down. I liked Shopify at first because it would integrate with my eBay store, and with AliExpress. But I found it really hard to use. I could set up the store OK, but I couldn't control my eBay inventory. I could NEVER get Kit to sync with my Facebook, and several of the apps were glitchy and hard to use. And support was non-existent. No sales, or almost no sales, and couldn't figure out how to drive any traffic to my site. For $29 a month, I thought I could do better. Then I found WebStarts. It was WAY easier to design my web page, I started getting a TON of traffic right away, as they did the SEO for me, and the support is fantastic. And it is cheaper. So far, for me as a person not very good with websites, this has been a very good experience. VERY good! It has even driven more traffic to my eBay store with a link I use on the front page. So it gives me a web presence with my own store, and drives traffic to my eBay store, for less cost. I can't say enough or recommend this service enough. Great expereience!

Dont expect customer service here. Totally rude from a guy named "Steve". Also are not secure. I paid for my subscription using two different credit cards and both were hacked the same day. I do not recommend at all.
