After reading many bad reviews about Chameleon's customer support, I was a little apprehensive about buying their software. I have no idea what I am doing and knew I would need tons of help. I decided to go for it and am really glad I did. Not only is the software fun to use and customize, but their customer service has been nothing but amazing to me. Yea you might have to wait some hours for a response but, they have always gotten back to me and have always answered my questions(And trust me there is a lot!). Any issues have been fixed and questions answered. If it wasn't for the wait on the replies, I would give them 5 stars, but a solid 4 out of 5 from me for sure. Thanks Chameleon!

Chameleon Social is certainly one of the best scrips nowadays, using it on two sites currently and have been using it for 11 years already. Why is it the best? - Modern interactive features. Since 2006 Chameleon has been the first to implement modern features, it has even been ahead of time. For example, it has 3D features since 2006 and Facebook starts to experiment with 3D stuff only now. - Good support. I can not say it is the fastes support I have had, but it is very professional. Only the developers themselves do the technical support, as far as I understand, that is why the support is always professional, they know what to do and how it works. - WebRTC video and audio chat. This technology is browser to broser, so it does not touch or overload your server at all. - Street Chat. Two users can choose a REAL place in the world, put on their REAL faces and chat. This is one of the features that my customers use most of all. - Modification department. They have a separate Chameleon Mods website where you can order any changes. It is very important if you want a unique website. - Low price. $247 for so many features? Sca Date costs $1700 with apps and it does not have one 10th of these features. The price is 7 (!) times higher. - Unique iOS and Android hybrid apps. The apps are compiled by them so you have yoir own logo and title. Also the apps are hybrid, that is, you can make some changes to your web mobile version and the apps take those changes automatically, no need to recompile and resubmit an app whenever a minor change is made. This is a huge advantage at least for me, as I like to tweak the language a lot. - Frequent updates. They make updates every couple of months and an updater script is provided, so none of your changes are lost. - High speed. The code is very well optimized so the website can handle millions and millions of users. What I don't like? - They need more templates. I understand that in their case a template is a whole new script with its own features but at least one new template a year would be nice. - Ticket handling could be faster. I don't mind waiting a couple of hours but sometimes the issue is urgent. - They could improve their English. I know they use staff from overseas for support but sometimes it is really difficult to understand what they are talking about :-) On the whole Chameleon Social is a cool piece of software especially taking into consideration its low price. Highly recommended.

I've been using their software for four years now.. The start up was a bit difficult. They had some communication that could be better. I have a running website: feelfreedating.nl and it works as it should be. I also have the app in Google Play Store. Apple is on his way. It there is a problem and I contact them I have an answer back within one day, usally even in an hour. They help where needed. Must say I'm happy with that. For the cons: You must have some html/php experience 2 make changes 2 your website yourself, for more difficult things that are not it the software you really need to know how it works. It is a puzzle. For the pro's: Quick answers and help. It's really cheap. Lifetime updates. I'm going 2 buy again for another website in the future.

Everyone is talking about Chameleon Social now, just like they are talking about Pokemon GO :-) So I decided to give it a try. No regrets so far! Pros: - 3DCity. Virtual reality is winning the world now, of course it is just a beginning, but one can not imagine a social app or website in 2020 without virtual reality. - Decent support. Sometimes the replies are not super fast, can take several hours, but the best thing is that they have no separate support staff, all support members are the programmers themselves. So when they see a problem they solve it very fast. - Good design. Well this can be seen on the demo. - Low price. Yes, it costs $247 which is 1/7-1/10th of normal prices of their competition. Cons: - Few templates. They definitely need to make more templates. Social networking and dating are so multi faceted that it is impossible to use just several themes. - No custom modification department. They say they will create one soon but right now they send us to upwork.com Overall I think this is the best script one can get now. Maybe it is a little bit too popular because of its low price, but well, you can always customize the design and voila! you have a custom website of premium quality. Long live Chameleon Social!

Before Chameleon Dating Software I used JomSocial as a dating site! The difference is huge, because Chameleon is tailored for Dating. However when running global Google AdWords Campaigns i got more registrations with my JomSocial, because it is easy to add extensions, plugins and modules such as social logins (Facebook, Google+, Twitter, Instagram etc.). Chameleon is stuck with Facebook login and in my experience Google+ generates more users than Facebook in the long run, when running marketing campaigns. I did not believe it when i saw it with my own eyes, but it is true especially when running marketing campaigns in Africa and Asia. It is therefore a wonder to me, why Chameleon does not support Google+ login. On the flip side Chameleon updates and support lasts for 3 years. VERRY COOL! compared to JomSocial's 6 months. In the latest version the wall in Chameleon is faster than facebook! How did they do that??? However, there is no evolution in the design thus interface. This is a major bummer compared to Jomsocial's 3 month updates, that never seems to fail on delivering updated thus CURRENT designs. Hoeever Chameleon is probably the best dating software on the market, but there is a need for more current template designs and usability, Lastly and most importantly, Chameleon is not responsive in the true modern and up to daten sense, because it redirects to a mobile site and i HATE this, even though the mobile site is excellent. A redirect to a mobile site is verry bad for SEO and for "Fetch as Googlebot" in Webmastertools: --- START Google Search Quote --- "Your desktop site’s URLs are dynamically generated with URL parameters that don’t map well to the equivalent mobile URL. For example, a user who is looking for a train timetable on a specific date on the desktop site will be frustrated if they are redirected to the general timetable search page on the mobile site. We recommend that you configure the redirection correctly if you do have an equivalent mobile URL so that users end up on the page they were looking for. Your desktop site redirects some mobile devices but not others. For example, a site may redirect only Android users to the mobile site and not redirect iPhone or Windows Phone users." --- END Google Search Quote --- Nevertheless, I am very happy with Chameleon and if they applied mentioned "HAVE NOT'S", it would really make my day, because i hate ordering custom work especially when you have to update your site in the near future. You simply pay again or loose your customization thus money. NOT COOL!

I found the Chameleon software exactly as I expected it to be. The script was easy to navigate for the most part, and well put together. The support, on the other hand was not as good as the script. I asked extensive questions via live chat BEFORE purchasing Chameleon software, to ensure I fully understood EXACTLY what was being offered, and that I could effectively utilize it for my needs with the support provided. I even inquired about extra costs. I was told extra costs were mainly limited to optional items and things like logos, and unique site designs etc. But I was directed on several occasions to hire a programmer when trying to make very small changes, such as changing the image on my mobile site to match the image on the desktop version. Although, the programmer they referred me to charges no more than $20 to change this particular item. Even still, I purchased the script thinking I could make the small changes I needed via the admin dashboard with the help of the support team, only to be referred to someone else for something they could have simply explained to me. They did send me a jpg image of where to direct the programmer to make the changes if I did choose to hire one. Beyond this I had a very positive experience with Chameleon. As I said the script itself is awesome. It saved me a lot of time, and it was easy to make changes to the site. My support tickets were always answered in a timely manner, and my questions were answered and help was provided for all of my issues effectively (except for the mobile site issue I mentioned). Overall, I am very happy with my Chameleon experience. Maybe the company will include a mobile admin section in future versions of the software, or include detailed instructions regarding how to do it.

Had a few issues with the installation but all was taken care in a reasonable response time. The Urban template is very well designed. 3DCity, instant messaging and other cool features makes the site interesting for users witch makes them want to come back and stay longer. Lots of ways for webmasters to generate revenues through many banners, subscriptions, and credits sales. The admin section could be more developed but it probably will be in time. One of our favorite feature is the translation area. It make translating your site very easy. Our conclusion: Overall it's a great product at a very descent price. Chameleon is a good script however there things that I would like corrected: 1) they need a new 3dCity, the one they have on their fb page looks a lot better than the current one, hopefully this one will be delivered soon 2) support needs to be faster. some tickets can be replied in 24 hours 3) more templates should be added. they should have at least 10. Well and then... I could not find a better solution for the price. Could you? My order number: 31221273
