Webs OrbitReviews of websorbit.com

To everyone and anyone that is interested in getting help with a website and a digital marketing team for your company. DON’T! Be very wary of this company, I am in the process of filing suit on these people, they take money from you yet they do not deliver, they built me a website and put their name and phone number directly on it! Not only that they offered me three months of complementary ads only to charge me for these ads two weeks later plus take an extra $3500 from me! This is false Advertisement! Don’t use this company!

Got a website created for my rock band and it turned out so awesome. The end product was right on par with, if not far above, sites for similar acts. It was, however, a far slower process to complete the project than initially indicated by the sales and design teams, but given the end result and price paid, I can’t complain. I have had experience with web designers for a different site with another company and one thing I must say is that the customer service experience with Websorbit was great. While it was frustrating at times with project delays, my project manager Solomon was so pro and assuring every step of the way. I did not lay down a specific deadline for the project but I did provide much of what was needed by the team up front. Still, it took weeks longer than anticipated. Thus, if you are on a strict timeline for completion, I would suggest that you make that clear up front. All said, I’m very happy with my experience and end result. Thanks Websorbit.

My consultant, James Harvey, who was leading me through the entire project was always professional and highly responsive. He had the correct answer to any and all of my concerns, as far as I could spell these out comprehensively to him and he even kept his cool, when I at times lost my patience with the project... all around a pleasant experience and the results are truly exemplary, to the extend where the competition will have to re-think their current web presence.. Thank you, dear James

This was an iterative process and I appreciate the team’s patience as we evolved with the content and design. I was in regular communication on updates. Robert and the project management team took my feedback and made it a reality. It may take some time, but trust the process because often times as your working on it you think of new things. They were very supportive and a pleasure to work with.

Working with Webs Orbit has been an excellent experience from start to finish. Robert Jones and his team were professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in bringing my vision for Hollow Frame to life. They were patient throughout the process, accommodated multiple revisions as my business evolved, and consistently delivered high-quality work. The final website exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciate the dedication and attention to detail that went into every step. Thank you to Robert and the team for a job well done.
