Unfinished site and extremely disrespectful experience
We had a very very very disappointing experience with Website Legends. During our interactions, SHAWN made comments that we experienced as racist, sexist, derogatory, and disrespectful, and he yelled at us when we raised concerns about compliance requirements for our business. We were told that our money wasn’t significant to him. We paid for the website, but the site was not completed according to what we had agreed upon. We were left without functioning payment processing, and communication stopped after we raised our concerns. We also contacted our initial point of contact, Jerry, regarding our concerns about the way we were treated and did not receive a timely response. We were contacted approximately 10 days later. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this company and believe there are better options available.
