Didn't get what I paid for.
Update: I would like to add that these website designers did, upon learning how dissatisfied I was with the service I received, granted me a complete refund on April 17, 2026, resolving the conflict I experienced and I appreciate them honoring their policies of satisfaction or receiving a full refund. This was honored. I reached out to Steve to help me correct some issues I was having with my new site, asked for forum assistance specifically, and assistance turning blogs in to pages in wordpress. The did not add a forum and the original designers can vouch for that. They went in and switch a few new members to subscribers and gave me a sign in page to the forum we wanted replaced. They did not change the blogs to pages these are the two things we requested and i was assured the could deliver. I basically wasted $450.00 dollars and was even locked out of our admin pages which was unnecessary. Please be careful about who you hire to help create your website. We had to take a course in Website design specifically working with wordpress, and fix our issues on our own. They attempted to convince me I would always need their services for which I repeatedly said I did not want to be locked into a monthly or annual service agreement. I know I definitely wasted money with these website designers and I have proof to back up everything I'm saying, everything. I'd like to add that they are dishonest assuring me they would return my money several times, first trying to Negotiate terms of my refund, and give Ultimatums. They then continued to say the money was being refund by a certain time and it never was. I have to rely on my bank to reverse the charges after presenting them with evidence I did not receive what I paid for. I honestly believe this company is very unethical because of the many issues I had with them. Please beware when looking for website developers.
