Very Disappointing Experience
Very Disappointing Experience — Would Not Recommend I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this website company. What was supposed to be a professional and straightforward service turned into repeated delays, poor communication, and constant follow-ups. Getting clear answers was difficult, and I often had to chase them for updates instead of receiving proactive communication. Deadlines were not handled properly, and several issues with the website had to be pointed out and corrected after the work was supposedly completed. For the amount of time and money involved, I expected much better attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism. I shouldn’t have had to repeatedly explain the same problems or ask for work that should have been completed in the first place. I understand that website projects can have unexpected issues, but good communication and accountability should be the minimum. Unfortunately, this experience was unnecessarily frustrating and did not meet my expectations. Overall, I would not recommend this company based on my experience. I strongly suggest doing thorough research and getting everything clearly agreed upon before committing your time or money.
