I contracted them to design and deploy my recruiting website. Once completed it went down so much, I changed site hosting. I had the site evaluated by another company (not letting the other company know who developed it) and they came back with a list of issues that were causing the outages AND they asked why Web Nordics hand not included SEO in the site (which I paid and additional $1200 for) - STAY away from these people, I was very upset with them dishonesty, I did not what I paid for.

This company is a scam and needs to be investigated. There is always a hidden additional cost. They advertise payment for “lifetime” application or support and after a few months, you’re sent another bill in the thousands for another “lifetime” you already paid for. How many lifetimes make up a lifetime? If you happen to get one issue fixed, that fix creates another one. Like a cat chasing a rat tied to its tail. This company tests the limits of your patience. Constant virus notification, where they are hosting is a problem, plugins are an issue. We threatened to report them; they solved the virus issues fast enough. They’ve now suspended our web hosting which we paid a “lifetime” for, and are holding the website hostage for a few more thousand dollars. They are nothing more than scammers.

Go with Web Nortics if you enjoy scattered communication, constant upsells and shoddy implemented work. Just a few of many examples: they ruined the sanctity of my site, and then tried charging more time after time to fix it. Then they tried to charge me more for a made up "domain transfer fee" even though I already had the domain.

This company is holding my website hostage. They don’t give detailed invoices. They just want more $$ to bring it back on line. Now they want my domain credentials!!! BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!

My website has been down more often than it’s been functional. The agent assigned to me, Shane, has been extremely unprofessional. At the beginning, his service was acceptable, but once payment was made, everything changed. Since then, I’ve experienced constant excuses, misleading information, and repeated attempts to charge more money every time we speak. There is a clear lack of accountability and absolutely no customer service orientation. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I do not recommend this company. Do your research carefully before signing anything or making any payments.

I regrated that I trusted this Web Nortics, I paid extra so they would protect my web and email. Unfortunately, both my web and email constantly disappear from internet no one can go to my web or send me email. It happens a lot. I sent emails to my account manager no response. I believe this is a scam website; they collected 6 years protection fees upfront, now, they don't care. I don't recommend web Nortics to anyone.
