Not a reputable or honorable company
This is not a reputable or honorable company. We signed a contract with them to build a new Shopify website in January 2023. They said it would take about two months to finish the site. Five months later the site was not finished and the owner emailed us and said they need to charge us more money. When we objected the owner stated either pay more money or they will abandon the project. That is extortion. When we objected to paying more money one more time we received this email from owner "I understand and based on our contract I would like to terminate our agreement on the project" So even though we paid them thousands of dollars they abandoned the project and we have nothing. The little bit of work they did is useless and unusable. They are completely incompetent to build even a rudimentary ecommerce website.

Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding our services. We understand your concerns and would like to provide some clarification on the situation. In accordance with our contract, the timeline for the project begins after the design is approved. It is important to note that the design phase alone took over three months due to certain periods when we did not have communication from your end. However, we remained committed to your project and patiently waited for your input before proceeding. During the design phase, we accommodated numerous changes and modifications based on your requests without hesitation. We aimed to ensure that the design met your vision and expectations. Upon completing the design phase and proceeding with the development, we encountered challenges in integrating your product data, which was not provided in the expected format. These unforeseen complexities required additional time and resources to address effectively. As a result, we presented the option of adjusting the scope of work and associated costs in accordance with the provisions outlined in our contract. Regarding your assertion of extortion, we apologize if our communication was perceived that way. It was never our intention to exert undue pressure or make you feel uncomfortable. Our aim was to transparently discuss the necessary adjustments to ensure the successful completion of the project. In response to your objection to the additional costs, we respected your position and, as per your preference, agreed to terminate our agreement based on the terms outlined in the contract. We regret any disappointment this may have caused, as we genuinely invested significant time and resources into the work completed thus far. We want to highlight that, in an effort to find a resolution, we offered to provide you with the website in its current state, even though the full payment had not been made. This would have allowed you to load the products yourself and have a functioning website. However, we understand that you declined this option. We genuinely value our clients and their satisfaction. We regret that we were unable to meet your expectations and apologize for any inconvenience caused. We are open to discussing possible resolutions or exploring alternative paths to find a solution that you find acceptable. Thank you for your attention, and we hope we can find a way to rectify this situation.
