I'm not the brightest person when it comes to managing my domains or websites, however, whenever I encounter any issues all I have to do is submit a ticket with the support staff at Webhostingpad. They are quick to respond and never make me feel like an idiot, more so, they always remedy my issues quickly.

Always a HUGE help! Best hosting service! I have more than 20 domains with them!

I received two emails from my colleagues this morning, saying that the two websites are not accessible. I immediately wrote to the support team to explain the problem. The team and I had many emails exchanged. I was very impressed by the efficiency and the ability to identify the reasons for the problems within this short time. In particular, I was approached with possible solutions and possible consequences, so that I had a chance to learn more. The service was really excellent.
