WebHostingPadReviews of webhostingpad.com

I really like this company. I've been with them for over 10 years and always get fast and effective responses from them. I needed a new version of PHP, which they installed and had running for me within an hour of my request (on a Sunday night). thanks guys!

I've used Webhostingpad for several years and have always had exemplary service from their support staff. Regardless of time of day, they have responded to tickets very quickly and provide easy and friendly support to every problem I've ever had. I've contacted them via phone, email and web ticketing, and always received excellent help regardless of path to access them. I would highly recommend Webhostingpad.

I got help very quickly with updating my php version. I had not been able to find the menu option I needed without help.

The response time when submitting a ticket using the support “tab” from the home page of your dashboard is awesome. Not only do you get an email notification that your ticket has been received the turn-around time of your issue or question is resolved super quick.

I had a bandwidth spike problem causing website and FTP suspensions and called for help in very late night. The support staff responded immediately and helped me set up Cloudflare.com account to monitor future website downloads traffic. We walked through the process step by step until the problems were finally resolved at 2:47AM. Now my website and FTP are working smoothly. Many thanks to Webhostingpad’s support staff! 👍👍👍
