Customer service and patience is great. They will work with to resolve whatever issue you have regardless of how bad you have messed things up. I have been with Webhostingpad for over ten years and I couldn't imagine using anyone else. I have built website for other people that have used other host and customer service doesn't compare. 5 stars always.

The minor issues I have had with my websites have always been quickly taken care of by the tech's at webhostingpad. Even when the issue has been because of something I've done they have still taken care of it very quickly and explained exactly what I did wrong and how to stop doing it. I am always very impressed with their professionalism I highly recommend them.
