Customer was caught in an audit of our inode limit. Our servers are audited on a yearly basis. Customer was given a choice to remove files or purchase more file limit per out terms. Our limit is 200k which is in line with the industry standard. Customer is refusing to do anything. They can remove files with out purchasing anything.

You were committing credit card fraud. We do not provide services to users who commit credit card fraud. The actual owner of the credit card used would have been able to request a refund via the chargeback process after speaking with their bank. Fraud is not allowed under our terms of service, thanks.

Hi Craig, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble. We know you're not the one sending out spam or created malicious web pages. Our system doesn't. The reason you're being suspended so much is likely because you're not keeping up with your site. Sometimes hackers find security loopholes in your code or plugins and they can use these weaknesses to install pages running spam scripts. For the safety of everyone on the server, we need to suspend accounts sending bulk mail automatically. This is why we ask our users to keep their sites updated. This prevents hackers from accessing your site to send spam in the first place, and prevents suspensions due to malicious code on your site, and prevents a load spike for everyone on the server. We can't unsuspend your account until we're certain the malicious code has been taken care of. Otherwise compromised sites would be allowed to run rampant. I apologize for your experience. Perhaps if you're not using or updating your site, it would be better off letting it expire so it's no longer causing problems for you or for our active users. As it stands, inactive sites are open to vulnerabilities, since the owners won't notice malware on their site, and it starts affecting users who need their sites by way of taking up server resources.
