WebHostingPadReviews of webhostingpad.com

When I spoke with WebHostingpad they were very helpful with my query. I am not a computer techie and therefore need things explained to me in a simple, easy to understand manner. Fortunately the person I spoke with was able to accomodate my questions in a very clear, easy to understand manner and was very patient with me. Thank you for your assistance.

The admin team are very helpful and patient. I have been dealing with them for sometime now and they are also courteous when I ask dumb questions. Great host and great team.

We had an issue retrieving email for our account. I opened a chat session to find out about the problem. We had some sort of attempt to access the account with incorrect PW too many times and it locked the account. I verified we changed the password, the lock was released and it worked great once again. It is good to see the system locks accounts when it appears fraudulent activity is happening. It is also nice to get it unlocked with relative ease.

WebHostingPad rocks! I had an issue with one of my websites settings. I got on Chat with "Ron" who was fantastic! Within a couple minutes he figured out what I needed and gave me easy-to-follow instructions and got it fixed! It is SO NICE to deal with Support people that know what they are doing, and Ron is/was great! I have been with WebHostingPad for many years and any time I've needed help, they always answer quickly and have people that KNOW how to help and have solved whatever problem I had. I highly recommend WebHostingPad!!!

I'm no stranger to customer service. I've been in the industry for 30 yrs. Yesterday I was trying to attach 2 domains to my account. The domain name company would help, the SSL company did have a chat on a community for help. But webhostingpad had a chat and both Henry and Jeremy were very helpful. Each worked on one of the domains and finally, after 16 hours of trying to resolve the issue with different providers, both domains are up and active. I just want to say "thank you" to Henry, Jeremy and the webhostingpad team.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with the customer service. They corrected my mistakes with care, respect and speed. Thank you so much!

I had an issue with logging into my cPanel so I reached out to support via chat. I was answered in less than a minute by Neal. He was polite, immediately understood the issue, and had it resolved in less than five minutes. Wonderful customer service. I highly recommend Web Hosting Pad for anyone who needs website hosting services!
