I have been using WebHostingPad for close to 20 years! Every time I send a request for help, it is responded to in about a minute or two: Seriously! Prices are fair and reasonable. To be honest, I value the quick support more than the price b/c I run a business website and when it's down, I need help right away. Thank you Walben for all the times you bailed me out!

I've been a WebHostingPad.com customer for many years. What first attracted me was price, and while their price is still an excellent value, what keeps me there is their customer service and support. Their support personnel are always prompt, professional, patient, and accurate, whether working on a support ticket, a chat, or a phone call. Their directions are clear, and often include screen shots along with written help. I recently consolidated three hosting plans into a single account to both save money and time. I know very little about how my websites actually work and what is needed to make them function, and the people who helped me with this never made me feel like I didn't know things I should have known. They answered my questions thoroughly and politely. I am glad to know they have employees like them, and I'm glad to recommend WebHostingPad to others.
