The services so good, when I have any problems, the support team is always available immediately. They so kind, friendly and awesome.

I discovered WebHostFace by accident after having to relocate several websites to a new host. I took out the Face Ultima plus package and I have been very happy with the quality of service, extra options available in cPanel (which were locked out by my previous host), and most importantly, speed of the server. Pros: Customer & Technical Support is very quick, often responding to queries in a matter of hours. On a couple of occasions staff have helped me with a technical issue that is beyond their remit for providing support. Very happy that staff are quick to respond, polite, and go beyond their expected role to help resolve my technical issues. Costs are more expensive than my previous host but still very affordable, not too cheap and not too expensive, and imo gives good value due to the extra technical support and features available via cPanel. Server speed is very quick, I run several WordPress sites and have had no issue with the speed of my sites. Downtime is very rare. If work is due to be conducted on the server by WebHostFace I will receive notification in advance of any planned maintenance works to the servers. All in, I have been with WebHostFace for just over a year and I am very happy with all aspects of the service to-date.

I meet Konstantin, Miroslav, and Atanas‏ in support chat and they talk me like an old friend. 2nd is a simple and useful, selecting server in e locations, US, Europe (Berlin) and Asia (Singapore) and you can transfer easily when you change your plan. This can be used for getting better speed in nearest location to your visitors. These are main reasons that I recommend this host and I believe that WebHostFace will have new and amazing plans and services in future. WebHostFace easily reached 5 Stars in my intransigent evaluations.
