Incompetent, they failed to solve the most basic issue that I had with the vps I ordered which was couldn’t connect to it… they couldn’t solve it nor change it for another one they asked me to share my screen with them… like bruhhh if you can’t solve this simple issue of your vps from your end then it is just a hustle….

Hi K The issue is only from your side, so we requested a screen share to check your side of problem, if you cant tell us the problem in detail then its impossible to fix. Anyway we have 30 days refund policy, if you are not satisfied with the service a full refund is provided, your full refund is already processed. Regards Webhost365
