Web GravitaReviews of webgravita.com

Web Gravita did a fantastic job with my website. Both Sarah Morgan and Jack Mayhew were very diligent and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. I was consulted every step of the way. The site is functional as well as aesthetically appealing. Thank you for your hard work.

The WebGravita team, led by Jack Mayhew, focused on understanding the business and the audience being addressed by the SaaS solution on offer. This provided the best possible starting point for the project and focused the design and messaging accordingly. I would highly recommend WebGravita for web site development.

My immediate contact, Sarah Morgan, was a great help. She coordinated the whole process and basically served as a liaison between me and the folks who put everything together. She sent me copies of all the different iterations of the project and kept things moving all the way through.

Excellent job helping krushtheband.com! Really helpful. Excellent guidance. Communication was great. Jack did great 👍

My project Manager is amazing she’s very helpful and kind! She works so hard and she’s one of my favorite project Manager! Thank you Ashely for what you do! Your are awesome 🫶🏽🥺😊💕

I had a very good experience with them, Ashley was very good and she did a very good job 👍

They are very unreliable. They promise the world, and they don't deliver. They did do our website, but it was way basic, and it was very cumbersome to get them to make changes. There is zero creativity from their side. They work with templates, and that's it. When you ask them for something, they don't reply. They totally ghost you. It was a waste of our time and money!

They got my last post taken down. I paid $1200 on May 24 2023 and still have no website, and they have ghosted me completely. Yes it was an intricate website, but I filled out the questionnaire and was quoted then paid that amount. My contact Jack won't answer call, the 888 number won't answer call, and they have removed my Teamwork.com file so I cannot communicate with them that way either. I put alot of time into uploading photos, and content and gave them every ask. They are now in possession of $1200 of my money and are unresponsive. I contacted AZ Attny Generals office and filed a complaint but they have no teeth apparently. I just want my money back.
