WebFXReviews of webfx.com

Great company, I am following this company for last 5 years and their blogs are really helpful as well as work as a guide for me. In learning SEO and Digital Marketing.

I have been doing business with this company for over eight years. However, in the past two years, they have taken my money without providing the same level of effort I received during the first six years. Once they raised their prices and locked me into my last rate, their motivation diminished when I chose to stay with that price. I realized that the level of service had changed when I received little to no leads in 2024. When I addressed this issue with their management team, they seemed more interested in collecting payments than in resolving the problem. The main issues were a new or inexperienced account manager and a lack of effort dedicated to my accounts. I had two businesses relying on this company for digital marketing, and they did a poor job managing the marketing for both. Despite my repeated attempts to address the issues, there was no genuine interest from them in fixing the problems.

Their social advertising services are pretty good in the start but after sometime, the ROI stops increasing. I saw my ads performing well in my area, but some targeting was also scattered to regions where I don't sell. Overall, WebFX is pretty good, no complaints further.
