I wish I could give no star review. This website is horrible. I placed an order on 12/04/2022. I found out it's back ordered on 12/12. I called the customer service and someone told me they will ship my order on 12/13 with expedited shipping. On 12/13, I called again and the customer service told me they can't ship now because the product is back ordered. But its website show the product is in stock. This is really unacceptable. About 10 days after placing order, I didn't receive any email to notify me about back orders (I checked inbox and spam!) and the company held my money. Horrible company tried to fool customers!!!

low prices for a terrible experience
Fast shipping and low prices, however I received a lot of defective contacts in my order. A lot of my contacts (more so the left ones than the right) were pretty blurry when I'd wear them. At least 2 weeks worth of contacts (so far). After taking a closer look, I realized they were defective. A lot of my daily contacts came out of the package with scratches on them. According to Webeyecare's policy, I have to send 85 lenses out of the 90 back to them to see if they're deemed defective, and even if I did get refunded, it would only be store credit which I wouldn't want to order from here again anyways. Also, I don't even have the 85 lenses to send them because I started noticing this a month into using the product. It's a useless policy if you ask me.

Typically in an instance like this, individual lenses are provided to hold the customer over during a defective exchange. We apologize that this was not done this time. Still waiting
I ordered my contacts and was excited to see a reasonable price compared to other sites. However I have not received my order after a few weeks. My status has been pending ever since. If you are in need of your contacts quickly I would go a different route.

Hi there! It does look like your lenses are custom, made-to-order contacts. We do advise you of this on the product page. Coupon code never works…
Coupon code that they constantly send never works! And they always asks for prescription that I purchased from them each time I put in my order, they need better system keeping it on the each person’s profile instead going back and forth through email. Also if search for contact lenses I want on their website it always shows more expensive so I have to do it through google to buy it less expensive! Shady!

Cheap prices but terrible customer…
Cheap prices but terrible customer service. This site is great if everything works out- I've bought from them a couple of times with no issues. However this last time, I was told my contacts were back ordered after I placed the order. Long story short, still haven't gotten my contacts a month after ordering and am waiting for refund.

Terrible Service
I chose this company for the pricing per box, of course. My first indication that it was going to be a problem was at checkout the price increased $100. "Processing fee". I continued with the order only because it still was about $6 less per box. For $6 less per box, I did not get the expedited shipping I paid for, the delivery was then sent to the wrong address, there is no customer service representative to speak to, 5 emails and 2 texts later our neighbor down the street was kind enough to deliver the package to us, however Not One Response from this company. Not even an auto response that our information has been received and someone will get back to us. I'll never use them again.

Thank you for reviewing your purchase with WebEyeCare. We do apologize that your local UPS Driver delivered your package to the wrong address. We do hope you understand we did ship the order to the correct address and the error occurred as a fault of the UPS Driver which is not something we can control. Our records show you did send 3 emails all on August 19th. When the processing staff reached your emails, your order indicated the problem had already been resolved over the phone with a customer service representative and no further action was needed. Our system shows a new order was requested on Friday. However, since you have indicated you have the package we will cancel that request. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Horrible Customer Service
Absolutely horrible customer service. I called 5 times to check the status of my contact lens order not to notified until the 5th day/call that the contacts were not in stock. All of the customer service representative were extremely cavalier and rude.

Thank you for reviewing your purchase with WebEyeCare. Our system show your order was placed with the Free 5-10 business day ground shipping on Wednesday May 26th after our 1pm EST Shipping cut off. The order was sent to our shipping department Thursday May 27th. Due to staffing shortages it can take one to two business days for our shipping department to pull, package, label, and ship an order out or notify our customer service team of insufficient stock preventing an order from being filled. With Saturday and Sunday not being business days and Monday being a holiday, the second business day of the order processing through our shipping department was Tuesday June 1st. When you called on June 1st the representative did explain to you that the order was still with our shipping department and we were waiting for an update from that department. When the order was still not updated to shipped on Wednesday June 2nd you were notified via email of the additional delay. When you called on Wednesday the representative did upgrade your shipping from the free 5-10 business day ground to the 3-7 business day ground at no cost to you. When you called again on June 3rd and requested a cancelation we promptly canceled and refunded the order. From start to your cancelation request the order was 4 business days old. We apologize for the inconvenience the brief delay caused you. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!
