Hi Chrystal, Please see the reply we sent you on the other review platforms below: We can assure you that we have record of the communication with your eye care provider on our recorded line. Please note, the astigmatism lenses mentioned were not the ones brought to our customer service member's attention and therefore the information we provided regarding the other lens ordered only having a BC of 8.4 was correct. We'd be happy to forward the email to you again with the instructions to return your lenses so as to resolve this as quickly as possible. Original: Hi Chrystal, We do apologize for any inconvenience, however, the contact lens in question is only made in the BC 8.4 as per the manufacturer's website. We did also confirm with Sabrina at your doctor's office that the original prescription showing an 8.6 base curve was a clerical error. They informed us an updated Rx was available for you reflecting that. If you'd like to return the product, you may do so with the return form that was emailed to you today.

Hello. We do apologize that your made-to-order, custom lenses have a manufacturer backorder on them. Unfortunately, there's not much we can do to speed up the making of your lenses. As more information is made available, it will be sent to the email address on file.

Hello. We understand the frustration - fees are everywhere online. On various search platforms, it's typical for sellers to have the product price listed separately from any handling or processing fees. We do try to be as up-front about ours as possible by listing the charges separately in the Cart. Whether we have a higher per-box price and no handling or a lower box price and processing, our total price is the best. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns. We do apologize for your less-than-ideal experience as we pride ourselves on excellent customer service. Our main customer service line is the 888 number - we do not have another customer service line. Our system does indicate that a customer service manager did respond to your call back with a voice message, however, we understand your frustration.
