Shipping took 2 months to arrive and when they did contact boxes were open and dried out. Now there telling i have pay to send them back and wait another month to get them replaced. If I want a refund there is a restocking fee. Unbelievable this company I will never order from this again.

Ordered contacts and was sent the…
Ordered contacts and was sent the incorrect perscription. Even though the order was expedited it took over a week and a half to arrive. I called to return them and get the correct prescription and was sent a 10 day supply to use in the interum. 2 weeks later I called (as was again out of contacts) and was told that my return was recieved but the replacements had not been shipped yet. I asked how long (as I had paid for the expedited shipping) and they told me that it would be 8-10 days to recieve them. I cancelled the order and ordered them from another retailer. 10 days later I called back to find out why I did not recieve a refund on my CC. Was told that I did nto ask for one... Then was told that there is a 25% restocking fee even though they sent me the incorrect prescription. I will never order from this company again..

If I could give it 0 stars I would
If I could give it 0 stars I would. Here it is day 7 and my 2 boxes of contacts have just "arrived" today at the post office after being lied to by the representative of this company that they had shipped 3 days ago. The "free delivery" is the only way they are still in business and if you don't need your contacts for several weeks, you'll be fine ordering. The promise is 5-7 days but will take that long to even leave the premises. Plan ahead.

Processing fee cost as much as a box of 90pk focus dailies.
I was buying focus dailies with webeyecare for mine and my niece’s script. In fact for the whole year of 2017 I pretty much just bought from them. Bought them online, they came in, timely I supposed because I’ve never had to call them wondering when they would be delivered. When I am about to be out of lenses, I google focus dailies 90 pk, between lens.com and webeyecare, these are the typical 2 companies that pops up as having the least expensive. Today, Webeyecare care advertises thier price at 27.94, so I clicked on it, tried to order a box of 90 for each eye, at 27.94 per box total 55.88 plus they wanted me to pay 27.94 for processing fee. PROCESSING FEE equivalent to a price of a box of 90 focus dailies. REALLY!!!!!! I clicked on the processing fee, and it’s a pop up explaining themselves that they want to be upfront.... If you don’t google webeyecare and go directly to their website, you get a different price it’s 54.99 per box and no processing fee. So, webeyecare, are you really being upfront?

Thank you for reviewing your purchase with WebEyeCare. We do offer various online only promotions with Google and Bing which are less than our everyday prices which are seen when you go directly to our website. This is a common practice which Lens.com also follows. The processing fee is a fee charged by WebEyeCare to process and verify your order. It is assessed on orders based on brand, promotion and quantity. We do guarantee the lowest prices and we will beat any competitor's total, before any promotions or discounts are applied, for you with our 101% low price guarantee. Our promotional total cost is still less than you would pay at our everyday price as you are saving 27.05 per box of lenses at the promotional price. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

Terrible experience
Terrible experience, 3 weeks have gone by and they have yet to ship my order. Took a week to respond to my emails (TWICE). STAY AWAY
EDIT FOR REPLY
With all due respect, I could have contacted my doctor and had an updated brand written on my prescription within a day. The reason I said just send the other brand was because I cannot afford to wait another 10 days (on top of the 20 days that have already passed) for your office to verify and process my updated paperwork. Thanks for the reply.

Thank you for reviewing your purchase with WebEyeCare. We greatly appreciate your feedback. We are very sorry to hear you did not receive the level of customer service we strive to give all of our customers. We do understand the frustration when your doctor's office does not approve the brand you wish to order. Unfortunately, without the doctor's permission to fill a brand other than that which is on the prescription we have to follow the prescription as it was written. We are very sorry for the communication delays you received and that our processing department failed to contact you by any method other than email. The order was corrected today and we have applied an additional $10 discount to the order for the inconvenience you have experienced. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

WebEyeCare sent me the wrong strength for my contact lenses. I contacted them via their help email two days ago and haven't heard anything yet.

Thank you for reviewing your purchase with WebEyeCare. We greatly appreciate your feedback and have reviewed the order long with the communication you sent to us regarding the error. Our system shows you emailed us at 9:56pm on Friday, as our office hours are 9am to 5pm EST Monday to Friday and is closed on weekends today would be the first day since you contacted us for a customer service representative to reply to your email. We and do see that due to human error your order was keyed as a 1.75 instead of the 2.75 it should be. We are having the correct prescription sent to you with expedited shipping for the error. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

HORRIBLE
I ordered from this company yesterday - April 11, 2018. I do not have eye insurance for this year and wont until 2019. I submitted my prescription and apparently it was expired. I did not know that. However, I sent over my doctor's information yesterday at 3:19 for their company to contact my eye doctor. I called today at 11:00 and spoke to a lady named Mary (the same one who emailed me). I work in customer service myself and have for the past 4-5 years. She does not need to work for a company like this and speak to customers the way she does. I asked her how long this process would take to verify and she said she didn't know. Also, when I asked her if my doctor does not approve this, what do I do? She said I would have to respond to an email and say to cancel the order....? My question is - if my doctor does not approve this, is this company going to just keep my money and not send me what I paid for? She was extremely rude, and if the calls are recorded (which they SHOULD be) you can listen for yourselves. Never in a million years would I treat/speak to someone like this women did.

Thank you for reviewing your experience with WebEyeCare. We greatly appreciate your feedback. We are very sorry to hear you did not have the positive experience we strive to give all of our customers. We will be looking into this further to ensure it does not occur again. Had your doctor denied our request to authorize a refill of your prescription due to it being passed its expiration date, we would send you an email explaining this and the order would be moved to hold status for one week. If we did not hear back from you within the one week hold window it would be presumed you wanted to cancel and a cancellation with full refund would be processed. We wait a week to cancel as we understand not all customers are able to check their email daily and may wish to keep the order on hold while they contact their doctor or obtain a new prescription. We are very sorry for any inconvenience you have experienced. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

Not great.
Awful experience. First mistake was my own, I signed up with the wrong email. I sent 3 emails about the mistake before I got a snarky message back, the email they sent me explaining the issue had gone to my spam folder. After we got everything sorted out it took another 3 weeks to get my contacts. When they did come they weren’t even labeled as to which eye they went to. Every other company I have ever gotten contacts from has labeled them. Next time I’ll spend more money and get the else where.
