Very easy, Dr. called back within an hour went over my symptoms for an ear ache, medicine was called into my pharmacy. I am feeling better and will use MDProactive again.....thank you!

Wait time was only about 20 minutes. The actual phone conversation lasted 2 minutes. Very short, brief, and to the point. But I got what I needed without having to sit in a germ infested urgent care. Even my co-pay is more than $40 so I most likely will use MDProactive again for the small stuff.

this was by far the most easiest most convient way to have s doctors visit. the doctor was to the point , knew what to prescribe and very knowledgeable. i would recommend this service and this doctor to anybody who wants to save time, money and visit with a very skilled and experienced doctor. wonderful service
