This is an amazing service. The doctor I talked with was helpful and caring. I was taken care of in a timely and professional matter, and I loved being able to pick up my prescription at a pharmacy of my choosing. And, for those of us who struggle with health care costs, this is an amazing alternative. I can’t recommend enough!!

The service was efficient and cost effective. The accent of the responding physician was difficult for me to understand, though. I have hearing impairment and I literally had to ask for a repeat of everything that he said. He ordered a prescription at my local pharmacy the was available in a little over an hour. This was an effective way of addressing a simple UTI. I would recommend this option if you can’t reach your regular health care provider. Much better than urgent care or especially the ER!
