I have used this service for my son 3 times and myself once. As I work third shift it is hard for me to stay awake to drive across town when he all of a sudden get sick. Usually an ear infection or sinus infection. The doctor calls right back and gets him everything he needs. No matter the time. Truth be told its 6 am and I just got off the phone with them. I love this service!! Although my son does see his routine doctor for check ups but when my son is sick this is much quicker.

I had a consult via telephone for a small fungal infection I got while on vacation. I received a prescrition for 10 days. To my dismay after my 10 days were finished I still had the infection. This time I made an appointment with my local physician. He confirmed my diagnosis but said any fungal infection should be treated for no less than 30 days. So in the end I paid for 2 appointments and 2 prescriptions for the exact same medication. As a self pay patient this was costly. Extremely disappointed.

My condition is something I've experienced before. Instead of taking off work, I opted for an online consultation. I explained exactly how past treatments worked and asked if that could be prescribed. It was not. I had to call for another consultation because the treatment I recieved didn't work. The second time, it was resolved with the medications I asked for. I spent $80 for the prescription that didn't work. Only $12 for the one that did. I was charged for two consultations plus $80 in medications that didn't work. I've emailed and called regarding their "no questions asked, money back guarantee." I feel I'm entitled to compensation the first prescriptions and one consultation fee. I'm only asking to be refunded for one consultation fee. They are not honoring their guarantee.
