Awesome experience

I highly recommend and have recommended this service to family and friends. I had awful sinusitis and a huge deductible. Instead of paying 150$ and driving and waiting for hours in pain, I answered a few questions from bed, received a call in 30 min and my Rx was available within the hour, for 40$. Wonderful experience!

This was my first experience using an online doctor and honestly I was leary, skeptical and had very low expectations for the entire process in general. I just needed a prescription for an antibiotic for strep throat and was looking for the quickest easiest and cheapest way to accomplish this. (Aren't we all?) Initially I went to a local urgent care center in hopes of getting an antibiotic prescription there but I left without checking in when the unfriendly front desk person told me it would cost $175 right off the bat just to see the doctor! Urgent care's pricing led me to seek other cheaper options (their unfriendly staff also helped with this decision) bringing me to researching online doctors and ultimately choosing MD Proactive. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with the satisfactory quality of care, efficiency, speed, and customer service I received from Doctor Garg and his staff. After submitting the initial online form, Doctor Garg personally called me well within the stated time period of an hour and after a painless brief conversation over the phone he sent the prescription I needed to my local pharmacy. The pharmacy received & filled the prescription and it was ready for pick up within an hour. Unknown to me before then, and by no fault of the doctor, it turns out I am allergic to drugs in the penicillin family and I had an allergic reaction to the prescription. Because the doctor had contacted me in response to the online form I submitted I didn't have his contact info. I thought it might be difficult to find and contact the doctor but after a quick google search of his name (which was on the antibiotic bottle) I had the phone number for his office and his staff answered the phone on my first call. I told his assistant about my allergic reaction to the antibiotic and within minutes Doctor Garg himself immediately called and spoke with me & promptly sent a new prescription to the pharmacy to replace the one I had the allergic reaction to as well as a second prescription to treat my allergic reaction symptoms. The initial prescription and both of the following prescriptions were all affordable (less than or about $15 each). I would definitely recommend Doctor Garg to anyone looking for efficient affordable quality care.

Service was great. Told I would receive a call in about an hour. It took about an hour snd 10 minutes. Doctor was nice but I had a little trouble understanding him. He listened and wrote a prescription for an antibiotic. Overall good experience
