Very fast return on calling me. Dr was a bit hard to understand, but knowledge. Prescription was sent very quickly to my pharmacy. Absolutely recommend!

It was easy to enroll even though there was a computer glitch—It did not allowed me to enter the dosage of my meds and wouldn’t allow me to move on without that information. I just removed the medication and told the physician when he called. It took about 4 hours to get the call. The doctor was a little hard to understand so that may be why he didn’t sound very friendly. BUT I got my prescription filled within 20 minutes without having to make an appointment and drive across town to see the doctor.

Call back time was fast. Very convenient.

Filling out medical information was problematic because some drop down screens didn't come up. The rest of the experience was great, The Physician was pleasant, helpful, and thorough.

Excellent experience! Timely call from the doctor. Avoided the germs and bugs in a dr’s office or urgent care and faster than driving to an appointment. This type of service makes so much sense. Absolutely recommend.
