4 stars because the price quoted on the main site was $39.95 but changed to $49.95 once registered. Otherwise really easy. I sent in a picture and filled out a brief questionnaire and the doctor called be back in about 45 mins with a prognosis and prescription.

The service was great. Received a call back from the doctor within an hour. We went over my symptoms and the doctor issued the proper prescriptions. The prescriptions were ready at my pharmacy within 90 minutes. Me and my family will use them again in the future!

I came down with a sudden and very painful case of strep or tonsillitis. I am familiar with the symptoms, as I am a mother of four, and I have had it myself before. I almost went to the urgent care, which would have been a minimum of $150! I am so glad I came across MDProactive instead. I filled out the info and my medical history and received a call within an hour. I much preferred waiting in my bed for an hour, rather than an uncomfortable germ filled waiting room.
