very pleased with your service

This was my first time using an online medical service. They answered my email questions with a quick response. A doctor called my in about 30 minutes to discuss my issue. He then called in my prescription and it saved my lots of money. I do not have insurance. I highly recommend this to people who want to skip urgent care, or the ER and can be easily diagnosed.

The day I called we were in the beginnings of an ice storm and the urgent care opened at 10:00 a.m. I called at around 8:00, the physician called me back quickly, and I was driving to pick up my prescription at 10:30. I felt much better later that day. It was so easy.

We recently moved and do not have insurance. Compared to local doctors, this was a much more affordable option. The ease of this service was incredibly relieving. I selected the sore throat/strep option, took a picture of my throat, submitted the picture to my profile then received a phone call from the doctor within 30 minutes. Dr. Garg talked to me about what was going on and submitted a prescription to my local pharmacy. Not having to get up, get out, and sit in a waiting room with other sick patients was a relief. As of today, I am feeling much better and am very thankful for MDProactive!

Great experience and would use again! I received a call within 30 minutes and my prescription was ready for pickup 30 minutes after the call. After a terrible experience with another service, it’s nice to know there are excellent services like this one out there.

Had a call back in about an hour, and it was fast, efficient and thorough all at the same time. My prescription was sent and received by the pharmacy with no issues. Would definitely use his service again!

I am an O/O truck driver, so when I need a doctor, its usually urgent, and near impossible to see a regular physician. I recently had a need to see a Doctor, and after multiple clinics refused to see me, MDProactive put me in touch with a Doctor that listened to my concerns, and gave good advice, along with the antibiotics I had been trying to get all week!
