Dr was fab & I got the medication I needed.

The doctor called and did not seem to want to listen to the issues I was having or the history I was giving. The doctor asked if I had any allergies to medications and when I picked the medication up at the pharmacy there were none listed. The antibiotic is also not treating the UTI I went to him for.

After waiting an hour for the Dr. to call, the Dr. couldn't understand me, (he had a very strong accent and was very hard to communicate with.) I was calling about a sinus infection and ear infection that I had had treated three weeks prior but still had, ie I needed another round of antibiotics and I was not heard, I had even written it out in the comments to make the call easier. He called in a prescription for something I didnt need. No way to contact again and ask for the correct prescription. He was very short and hung up in less then three minutes. No way will I use them again.

Firstly, I’d like to make it clear that no online service can treat a very complicated illness. Some need to be diagnosed with a physician in a clinic. However, minor issues can easily be diagnosed and treated here. I had a urinary tract infection, and my doctor prescribed a great antibiotic. After reading the mechanism of action and contraindication, he actually prescribed a very safe and the least harmful one. He was very kind and patient, when we lost cell signal, he immediately called me back. My prescription was ready within 15 minutes of my phone call, and I received the call from the physician about half an hour after my request. I was not overcharged. I would recommend this to any patient with a minor illness.
