Very straight forward and would reccomend. I paid for the basic consult and was contacted by a doctor with 20 minutes. He asked me question of my symptoms, submitted the prescription to my local pharmacy and that was it. There was no leaving the house to go to a clinic being around others waiting for hours to be seen and paying all that extra money. This is a great service for those on a tight budget, no insurance.

I was overcharged a whole other appointment charge and I have been emailing MDProactive for a week trying to get the mistake resolved. It is impossible to get a response to my numerous emails and there is no customer service phone number that I can find. I was able to get the antibiotics I needed was easy, but I don't appreciate them charging me twice and keeping it. I hope they read this because it is just wrong to ignore a customer concern such as this. They turned what could have been a great experience into a bitter one. Instead of telling everyone how great it was, I am inclined to not recommend them due to a total lack of customer service.

Miracle for people without insurance!!! Its 40 vs 125 for urgent care! I got a call in 50 min and my conversation was like 2 min. Got my prescription for UTI right away and I picked it up from my Pharmacy just hour later. Wish I know about this service years ago!!!

The doctor was professional and thorough with his questions. Easy to understand and had my prescription called into the pharmacy quickly. My UTI is completely cleared up.

I had recently lost my Medicaid and really needed to be seen. The doctor wanted $180 plus the cost of testing and the cost of my prescription. Even the discount clinic was $140 and apps like Doctor on demand is $75 dollars. I found MD paid $50 and spoke to a doctor and had my prescription sent in immediately. I used Gold RX to save money and the entire visit and prescription only cost $62.60! I would highly recommend!
