This was so convenient, because it's difficult for me as a business owner to take the time to go to urgent care. The only thing I wish is that the Dr that called me would have told me was that the antibiotic he prescribed had a long list of side effects. I feel a general malaise and a achy. All in all, though, I would definitely use this service again!!!

I am so grateful for MD PROACTIVE. I had to get medical help right away and felt too ill to go and wait at an urgent care facility. Other online medical services were a lot more expensive. My issue was straightforward, I had gone to CVS first and got a test kit for urinary tract infection even though I had all of the symptoms. When the test was positive, I found MD PROACTIVE online and found that signing up was simple and I didn't have to figure out how to do a video call on my phone. ( I am technically challenged). The doctor called back within 30 minutes and send a prescription to my local pharmacy in minutes. I was able to pick up the prescription 20 minutes later.
