Called me within 15 mins of filling out information on line. Promptly called in Medication to the pharmacy I ask them to use. Very easy and quick.

On Monday we contacted WebDoctors for a telemedicine consultation for a sore throat for our child. After completing the short online medical history document, we shortly received a telephone response from the doctor. The consultation was very professional, and we were prescribed medication that was ready at our pharmacy in a short period of time. This was done on the same day. After taking the meds for a period of 1 week our child was much healthier and was able to return to normal function and school. Thank you, Dr. Garg, you are a great Help to those that are ailing TODAY! We write this review today to illustrate that we did contact our PCP prior to using this platform of immediate access to healthcare. To no avail our PCP could not see our son for another week. Problem, our child is sick NOW and was very uncomfortable, and missing school. We as the patients should not have to wait and watch our children in pain due to a non-emergency ailment like a sore throat for weeks. Our healthcare delivery system needs to change!
