It was convenient and didn't have to wait long to be contacted. It was a tad pricey though. Since my issue included the visual appearance of part of my body, as well as pain, I thought video was the best option. I just thought $90 was a little bit high, but since it was a Sunday... cheaper than an ER visit

The doctor was awesome!!! Was kind and understanding he not only gave my husband advise on his diagnoses but gave him all the meds he needed to get better fast and completely. Antibiotics and Steriod pack did the trick.

Fast and didn't act like I didn't know what was wrong

Called my doctor on a Friday and couldn’t get in until Monday. Asked if they could call in a prescription for some antibiotics for a UTI. Waited by phone all day no call back. Went into Web Doctors and registered and had a call back within 5 minutes. Answered his questions and told him my symptoms. Within the hour my prescription was ready for pick up. I would certainly use them again.
