Dr was very informative about the medication

The appointment phone call was received quickly after me registering, within 10 minutes. The doctor listened to me and my prescription was sent over to my local pharmacy immediately following my telehealth appointment. This was my first telehealth experience. I will definitely use Webdoctors again.

Hesitate to use this but came down w a UTI in a Friday afternoon and wouldn’t make it to see my PCP on Monday. Took a chance and within 1.5 hours had my antibiotics in hand on my way home. 15 minutes before Walgreens closed. I’ve never had antibiotics this fast on the weekdays!!! This was an awesome experience and will use them again

Excellent! I was in absolute pain with a sinus infection, the roads were iced over and freezing weather. Last thing I wanted to do is get out of bed to go to the ER since the clinics were closed due to weather. Dr. Pham was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. My RX was ready at my pharmacy within 30 minutes and delivered to my home in less than an hour. On top of all of the convenience, it cost me $35!!! My regular doctor appointments are double that. It’s a day later and my sinuses are feeling better and I am super happy.

In addition to daily chronic pain I sometimes get severe flare ups from spinal issues, I just moved to the area and did not have an established PCP, the Web doctor really listened to my current issue and history and prescribed exactly what my former doctor would have to give me quick relief and get me back on my feet!
