Quick call back from doctor. Professional and got what I needed

Always quick service. I use this service for my sinus infections during the high allergen times of year. Quick, fast, easy. No playing phone tag, no waiting in the office, does not disrupt my day, and my prescriptions are always called in quickly.

Dr. Sam was excellent - I very much appreciated how easy the process was. Also, for whatever reason my phone didn't ring the first time, and he tried again - thank you! I've already recommended this service to others.

My biggest complaint is the communication with the office and the physician. Once your office visit is completed, there is no way to follow up, ask a question, get clarification, confirm pharmacy, etc. The other comment is that ;you are not told up front that a follow up appt is mandatory each month in order to get refills.

I had waited to long to go to my local doctor and had let an infection get the better of me. I was almost ready to call for an ambulance . Instead I only had to give basic information online and within minutes had a Doctor talk with me and my prescription in less than 1 hour. Life savers !
