This was my first time trying…
This was my first time trying telemedicine. I decided to try it after suffering with a sinus infection for days. The online process was fast and easy. The oncall dr responded by phone in under 5 minutes. She had a great "bedside" manner, did a thorough review of my symptoms and med history and happily answered all my questions. She sent my prescription, which was accompanied by a coupon, to my pharmacy of choice within minutes. It was a great and very helpful process. I will be returning for any future issues and recommend anybody giving it a try.
