We have used WebDoctors many times and the service has always been great. My son is already improving after calling yesterday and getting meds.

The response time from entering my symptoms from the provider (Dr) was very quick, and the follow up was prompt as a prescription was immediately called into my pharmacy of choice.

I was contacted quickly. Dr was kind and professional. Super easy process! Only thing they could do to improve would be a way to message the Dr if you have a reaction to the medicine so he can prescribe a different one.

Never knew consulting a doctor could be this easy. Had a UTI while out of town and tried GoodRx first…waiting 10 hours no response then final message said not sure if they can get to me. Then tried webdoctors and paid the extra 20 for call back in an hour. Within 10 mins a doctor called and prescribed me the meds I need to deal with this. Was in a small town and only alternative was ER, so glad to know this service exists!
