This was such a blessing for me bc our local urgent cares are so busy you have to wait for hours,especially on weekends, which I'm not able to do because of a disability. And I couldnt wait to see my PCP. The Doctor was professional, thorough, and kind.

I liked that a Dr called me within 30 minutes. Prescribed an antibiotic however my pharmacy was closed on Sundays. Tried to change it to Walgreens on the portal. Didn’t hear back for 6 hours from your company to tell me that pharmacy was closed also. I PHONE call from someone within your organization prior to an email 6 hours later would have been appropriate. I went another day without the antibiotic.

I was a little skeptical at first. I noticed they took my money immediately. But it wasn’t long after I got a phone call from the doctor. He was very nice and prescribed me what I needed. I travel for work so I wasn’t able to get to my doctor. This was really a life savor! Was cheaper than a co-pay! I’d definitely recommend!
