Unacceptable business practices, broken migration, and severe data issues
Major Update: Unacceptable business practices, broken migration, and severe data issues I am updating my review to address the actual website build and migration performance, rather than separate, undelivered components. While I am not seeking a refund for the basic site build itself, the actual delivery was completely mismanaged. The agency failed the migration process, causing critical technical errors that forced our entire system—including our essential business emails—into an emergency recovery mode, which is thoroughly documented in my records. The project manager, who operates under the name "William Blake," explicitly claimed the team works out of Fremont, California. However, I discovered the company maintains no verifiable physical address, and there is no evidence the representatives use their real names. Following my initial feedback regarding these issues, my live web environment was completely wiped out. My hosting provider confirmed that unauthorized administrative logins occurred, resulting in the total deletion of core website files for my domains. The access logs revealed a highly deceptive technical setup: the agency used domestic California cloud proxies and rented data center servers to make their logins look like local, American traffic [1.1]. However, their technical operations exposed that the actual physical connections originated directly from Pakistan [1.1]. This completely contradicts the domestic identity presented by the project manager [1.1]. To protect my business assets, I had to instruct my hosting provider to block all network traffic and IP ranges from that region. Furthermore, confidential, internal financial metrics and order numbers belonging to my company were subsequently leaked onto public platforms [1.1]. This has evolved far past a standard contractual dispute. Beyond the broken migration and a misrepresented $4,500 AI feature [1.1], I was charged $4,449.00 under the explicit promise of dedicated premium cloud hosting, only to discover they secretly utilized a lower-tier, cheaper third-party infrastructure instead. I have experienced a catastrophic loss of data, a massive hosting bait-and-switch, a broken email and site migration, public exposure of proprietary metrics, and severe identity deception by an agency operating behind fabricated American aliases and cloud proxies [1.1]. All relevant server logs, proxy tracking data, and evidence of these public leaks have been compiled and submitted directly to federal and state consumer protection and cyber reporting agencies [1.1]. I strongly advise anyone to exercise extreme caution before granting this company any administrative access to your digital assets [1.1].Their claim of no longer having access is not true we were unable to change the password to admin so they did in fact have access. Not once have they apologized or try to make anything right. Williams early claims he is a young guy 30 years old who lives with his mother and continued to tell me to trust him in my 70 years on the earth I totally fell for it. I never contacted WDM to rebuild my site I called them to build a website for my non profit my first contact was Jordan Lee no doubt not his real name. Why go through all the trouble of using fake names I worked in factories for years many people from other countries change their first name to be American but never their last. Imagine the company you paid over 12k for continually bullying me trying force me to take a lesser version of AI than what I paid for. None of this will be resolved here. Trust Pilot did find in my favor when William threatened to take my 2 websites down one my non profit is on Bluehost that he had the credentials for. William Blake is now posting as another Fake name Michael Jones he has left reviews on both Dave and I's linkedin now he posted on my pet non profit Breezes Street Friends and Custom Sports Cards...This is seriously unhinged and desperate...
