Susan is a very oped minded hard working person that has been a asset to Web Design Lane and to all of us at Wide World International.com Susan is very good at listening and making it happen especially what i do and what she does have to fit even if they are 100% different but in all facts they are walking hand and hand.

Fraud & Scam – Being Investigated by FBI Our company paid over $2,000 to have a full-service functioning website to be developed, implemented, and go live. The company took over 1 year to get it to around 70% complete and then refused to finish the job or give my money back. They additionally created a fake contract which is now under review by the FBI. Do not use this company, unless you wanted to get scammed, lose time and money.

Susan Graver has been exceptional to work with. Highly skilled, knowledgeable, and responsive. If you go with Web Design Lane I strongly encourage you to insist on working with Susan.

this company is nothing but a rip off. paid them $2k to build a website and other projects from a package they were offering. was told the whole project would be finished in 2 to 3 weeks. after one month all i had was a logo i had to settle on because they couldnt grasp the example i sent to them. foreigners that didnt have a grasp on the american market. total sham. when i wouldnt buy some animations the whole project slowed down to a crawl. its my fault. i own it. should have done my due diligence on these creeps. please dont hire these clowns. you will be wasting your money. this is the reason i am writing this review to help you.

I started working with Web Design Lane last October 2022 for a webpage for my business selling Christian products. They did a great job on my webpage but they are constantly shutting it down demanding more money for something. I had them email me multiple times that I would not have to pay any more money after this payment but they keep shutting my site down until I pay. This last time they were wanting me to pay at least $1,200 per year for bandwidth (which I already paid for) but have dropped it to $350 one time only & saying they will send me another email stating I won't have to pay any more money for my site. I told them this was a hobby for me to try and earn some extra money and that I couldn't spend a lot on it at the very beginning. They shut my page down until a pay because they know I need my page running in order to make sells. This company and these people are SCAMMERS and use the site to keep you paying. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY no matter how nice they seem you will REGRET IT! When you don't do what they want they can get not so nice to you. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

Everything seemed to go well at first. We met and they seemed to understand what I needed. I made a couple of revisions to the example web site. Then, they tried to extort me for ADA compliance which should be part of the original build, not an add-on. I said I'll do that part myself and to just give me the web site in HTML format because I was going to host on IIS. They repeatedly sent me the site in WordPress format and said I can make that work on IIS. Not what I ordered. See you in court.
