To clarify for context, your website was fully developed twice to match your business's evolving needs including a complete business name change and product updates all of which were reviewed and approved by you at each stage. Any concerns raised post-handover were welcomed for resolution, and we had offered multiple times to fix any issues you identified even those allegedly reported by third-party developers, whose motives we have reason to question. Our team also executed the marketing campaign strictly according to the agreed plan. All marketing reports and performance data were transparently shared with you throughout. As discussed, no marketing agency, including ours, guarantees sales, and such commitments should be viewed with caution. We’ve consistently extended offers to speak over a phone call including involving our marketing lead & project management lead to ensure clarity and support. Unfortunately, we never received constructive direction on what you wanted improved. We’re still here and willing to assist if your intention is resolution rather than blame.
