Each time that I attempted to reach them, they never answer the phone. I just called them about my toll free number and three of the four numbers dialed are OUT OF SERVICE!!! What's that about?? This is very unprofessional and shows a lack of a team building to help customers when you need them the most. I've paid for advertising that I never received and to add insult to injury, they never have enough people to answer the phones or get back to you in a timely manner. They were supposed to launch our site to accrue funding through our portal connecting across several continents but that never happended!! This company has been a travesty to say the least. Now it looks like they've completely shut down operations for good!! After spending thousands of dollars.

Company took my money then disappeared. My website is gone and I can’t retrieve the files. Their website is still up but no contact is available.

SCAM ALERT....... This company created a website for me in 2024 and over the last several months I noticed that the host they used to keep my website up has been removed and now I'm out of money I paid.This business is a SCAM. When you search for this business online, the address listed on their website comes up as a barbecue place in Austin, Texas. They are not LEGIT!!!!

Our animal welfare nonprofit initially partnered with Web Design Creators due to their promised proficiency in WordPress and an attractive promotional offer. We signed a two-year contract that included continual support, SEO tracking, ADA compliance, and blog creation. ​While "Mark" and his team were initially helpful and polite, the experience quickly degraded into a series of broken promises and unprofessional behavior: ​Communication Failures: Scheduled calls were frequently missed without notice, forcing me to rearrange my schedule for nothing. ​Lack of Follow-Through: Many requested website modifications were never completed despite multiple follow-ups. Eventually, I had to give up on these requests entirely. ​Subpar Deliverables: The promised blog content was nonsensical and appeared to be low-quality, unedited AI output. I ended up having to take over this task myself. ​Missing Reports: We only received two SEO reports over several months, despite the agreement for monthly tracking. ​The "Stonewall": When we needed critical technical updates to qualify for a Google Ads grant, the company stopped responding entirely. My emails, texts, and calls have been ignored for weeks. ​The most disappointing part was that I even referred a partner rescue to them before the communication ceased—a decision I now deeply regret. ​We have since been forced to hire another company to manage our site because Web Design Creators has completely stonewalled us. If you are a small business or nonprofit looking for a reliable partner who honors their contract and communicates effectively, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Company appears to have gone belly up. Paid for lifelong web service and support, emails and calls have gone unanswered for nearly two months now. My website and email no longer works.

My business website no longer exists? NOT sure what happened? Did this company file bankruptcy? The phone number I have no longer work and no one is returning my calls?

This company will tell you the are located in Austin TX. They are NOT even in the US. After being scammed for thousands of dollars, what we received was useless and very poorly done. There motto should be "NO REFUND- GUARANTEED!

Don't believe the 5-star ratings, more than likely they themself's created them. There is NO money back guarantee. I promise you that! What we received for thousands of dollars was crap, useless website..
