SCAM
SCAM — DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I could give zero stars, I would. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that potential customers thoroughly research this company before giving them any money. I paid for a website project that was never completed, despite repeated promises, projected completion dates, and assurances that work was being done. This continued for approximately two years without delivery of the functional website I paid for. Communication was also extremely poor. There were numerous times when they would simply stop responding altogether. Emails and messages would go unanswered, and they frequently did not answer or return phone calls, leaving me unable to get updates or answers about a project I had already paid for. I originally posted a negative review about my experience. After doing so, I was told they would not continue working on my website unless I removed the review, which I found extremely concerning. After further research, I also discovered information that raised serious questions for me regarding the company’s business registration and found complaints from other customers describing similar experiences. In my experience, I was repeatedly given promises and deadlines that were not fulfilled, followed by long periods of little to no communication. After approximately two years, I was left without the completed, functional website I paid for and out a significant amount of money. I strongly encourage anyone considering working with this company to do their own due diligence, verify their business credentials, read customer complaints carefully, and use extreme caution before making any payments. This review reflects my personal experience and the information I discovered while researching the company.
