Extremely Disappointing Experience — Be Very Careful My experience with this company has been extremely frustrating and costly. I initially received a quote of approximately $900 to build my website. However, throughout the project, I was repeatedly asked for additional payments, and I ultimately paid nearly $5,000. Despite paying that amount, I was not given the level of ownership and control over my website that I expected. A few months later, my website was taken offline, and I was told I needed to pay another $1,000 to have it restored. I refused. I contacted Emma, Jason, and the support team by email requesting that my website be restored, but I have not received a satisfactory resolution. Jason later called me and again requested approximately $1,000 for the restoration. Based on my experience, I feel completely misled by the original quote and by how this project was handled. Going from an approximately $900 quote to nearly $5,000 paid, and then being asked for another $1,000 to restore my own website, is unacceptable to me. I am currently preserving my invoices, emails, payment records, contracts, and other communications and am consulting with legal counsel regarding my options. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company to carefully review every contract, ownership provision, hosting arrangement, and additional charge before making any payment. I personally would not use their services again.

I trusted them to manage 3 Ecom stores. All 3 were suspended in 3 months. Was promised a partial refund, which was never received. Don’t do business with this company.

10/20/2023: Signed a contract. The contract was very clear: full refund if they did not deliver. The penalty agreement was signed by October 14, 2014. The penalty agreement was very clear: November 13, 2024 due date. Otherwise, $300/day penalty. They abandoned my project in Nov. 2025. Overall, overpromise, failure to deliver! They are vicious for not releasing any code after over two years of devoted time, energy, and suffering, even after abandoning my project. I have to hire a new web designer and start over again. It is not just wasted thousands of dollars; it is also over 2 years of business opportunity. The contract and agreement mean nothing to them. It was a nightmare with such a company. I will fight the case until my last breath! If someone does not believe my review, I can provide numerous documents, including the contract, penalty agreement, emails, and an abandoned, unfinished website.

This project started in 2024 with a written contract stating the website would be completed in 6 months. It has now been over two years, and although Web Builder LLC claims the site is “close” to finished, we still cannot properly operate it. Multiple Web Builder LLC team members — Ronan, Liam, and Rick — were repeatedly copied on emails outlining ongoing issues, yet no one took responsibility or resolved them. The site continues to have backend errors, broken links, missing images, and product pricing issues. Our team cannot reliably manage products or content, which directly affects our business. We were promised a two-year window for fixes and revisions, then later told that period had ended and that we must purchase a maintenance plan just to fix existing problems. When we asked for maintenance plan options, they never sent them. We were also told to mark the project as “complete” so they could continue fixing issues — which did not happen. After more than two years, this has been a major waste of time and money. We would not recommend Web Builder LLC to any business.

These company are scammers, the Sales Rep for Amazon FBA there promised to sell my inventory in 30 days since Feb 2/21/2025 and so far it did not sell, all kinds of excuses. I paid $ 4900 total and was promised to sell all inventory in 30 days, but all I sold was $ 500 total after 8 months. The main guy Ken Williams kept changing his phone number, then asked me to change my listings from Amazon to Tik Tok on November 7. But nothing was sold so far since Nov 7 from 80 items, Zero sales. I was promised they will buyback the rest of the inventory which is over $ 3000 on 11/15 but they ghosted me since then, no phone calls or emails answered, nothing like they never existed, you ahve been warned, SCAM ALERT !!

BEWARE!!! DO NOT TRUST ANY OF THEM!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! I contracted Web Builders LLC on March 23, 2025 for an Amazon store development package at a cost of $4,900 (approx). The sales rep quoted a projected $7,000/month revenue. After launch, revenue has been under $1,000. Multiple follow-ups produced no meaningful updates and they have been unresponsive. I am requesting a full refund!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I used Web Builder LLC for my website design starting in April of this year. I wanted my website to be done on Shopify. From the very beginning, Alfie, who was part of the design team, tried to convince me to use a different ecommerce web design site (like wordpress). When I prompted him with "oh I thought that you all were experts in shopify that is why I went with you all" he responded very rudely and every time thereafter was very abrupt and rude to me. In my contract, it was stated that the total time for the website to be done would be 2-4 weeks. My website was not done until July 10th of this year (a little over 11 weeks after they started). When I tried to get my money back when I was unsatisfied, they let me know that their "100% money back guarentee" was only for the very beginning of the design phase. I had to go through about 3 different pages on their website to finally find where it stated that (I should have known it was a scam, but they were sneaky and dishonest about it). I spoke to 3 different customer service representatives until I was told that they would call me back in 10 minutes about my money back. After OVER AN HOUR, they called me back and let me know that there would be no money back. I have sound recordings of one of the supervisors on the financial team yelling at me, and I will say, I did raise my voice back because I was tired of being treated as they were treating me. They also stated that the timing on the contract didn't mean anything, and that my website needed more time than that. This phone call was on June 7, and I believe that the person that was on this phone call with me was Liam Paul but I do not remember. It was also stated to me that if I was not satisfied with the website within the next three business days, that I would get between 20 and 50% of my payment back. That never happened, and they STILL did not finish the site until July 10. My customers are still having problems on their end with ordering, unfortunately I am going to have to hire a different company/individual who is ACTUALLY good at Shopify website building to help me redo the site and fix errors left by Web Builder. These people are not reliable, do not hire them.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I've never worked with a group so incapable of listening. They call unexpectedly and expect immediate availability, but when it comes to scheduled calls, they are consistently late and then notify me to join when it suits them. They even asked me to meet at midnight! The project, which was supposed to be completed in two weeks according to my payment receipt, has dragged on for over five weeks with no clear end in sight, leaving me increasingly doubtful. When I requested some form of compensation for the delay, they resisted. They repeatedly asked for images I had already provided multiple times. They kept assuring me "no worries" while asking questions I had already answered, wasting more time. They used artwork I explicitly stated I wouldn't use in my store. The mockups were inconsistent, with different colors on the same product images. For example, one hoodie had brown cuffs and another had white cuffs, even though they were supposed to be the same product. One image was even placed sideways, making it hard to identify. Despite their claims of quality control, I saw no evidence of it. They misspelled my name and other words in emails. I could go on, but suffice it to say, don't waste your time like I did. You never get that time back.
