Hi Claudio, We take your concerns seriously, but the experience you describe does not match the services Webbtree provides. Webbtree is recruitment software that helps recruiting teams source candidates, understand the talent market and manage email outreach. We do not provide jobs or accept job applications through our website. We do not run the job-related surveys you describe, request phone numbers through them, or sell applicants’ data in exchange for job opportunities. Could you please share the website address, sender’s email address, survey link and the terms you mentioned privately with our support team? Screenshots with personal information removed would help us investigate whether another service or someone impersonating Webbtree was involved. Regarding your update, we challenged the review because we dispute these allegations. The review remaining online does not, in itself, establish that those allegations are true. We have not been provided with evidence connecting the activities described to Webbtree, and we would welcome the opportunity to clarify what happened. Kind regards, The Webbtree Team

Hi Matthew, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your concern. Webbtree is a recruitment software provider and does not create or manage job postings directly. Unfortunately, some users in the past have misused our free ATS to post misleading jobs, which we acted on as soon as we became aware. We have since strengthened our verification measures to help prevent this from happening again.

Hi Dash, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and take such reports very seriously. Webbtree is a recruitment software provider — we do not create or manage job postings ourselves. Unfortunately, some users in the past misused our platform to post misleading jobs. We have since strengthened our verification measures and permanently suspended all accounts and customers who could not be verified. If you have any specific job links or emails you received, please share them with us at [email protected] so we can investigate further.
