THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST, MUST READ!! 1. They use fake names. They use American Caucasian names but have the heaviest Indian Pakistani accent. Its so obvious.. right off the bat RED FLAG 2. They are useless individuals. You can tell them with very specific detail what you want and they still WONT do it. Waste of oxygen 3. They don't honor their own guidelines which is 100% satisfaction guarantee OR your money is 100% returned. I was not satisfied and my $3,000 was not returned to me. Liars? Not surprised. 4. Very poor communications. Very shady hush hush practices. They refuse to use their real names and on facetime they refuse to show their faces. They also refuse to meet at the office in person. Why? What shady backdoor things are they hiding? They operate in Texas, New York, etc and use different alias such as WEB APP VAULT, META WEB VERSE, SYBRID GLOBAL LLC. 5. They erased my invoices so I couldn't go back and have proof of what I paid and the work that was done. Thankfully I have kept very single text, call, voice mall, email, and invoice... I spoke to 9 people and out of those 9 people, 9 of them were incompetent. 6. here is a list of names of people that were very useful during the entire operation (NOT) -Adan Stans (worker), Toby Anderson (lead consultant), Jason White, Alan Wilson, Ryan, Faith Beckinson (customer success department), Mike Anderson, Blaire Walker, Michael, Eric Murphy. I have numbers, emails, addresses, all of it. Long story short, don't use these people. Save your time, save your money, and work with Americans who aren't scamming us hard working people.

Statements regarding employees using "fake names," "shady backdoor" practices, or intentionally deleting your records are not an accurate representation of our business or our records. Regarding the project itself, our records show that you requested that we discontinue further work, after which our team sent written confirmation regarding the project closure. We did not simply abandon the project, as the review suggests. We also want to clarify that the payment and refund matter cannot accurately be represented without considering the project agreement, work performed, communications, and the circumstances surrounding the requested closure. We have attempted to contact you directly, including calling you, to discuss and resolve your concerns, but we have not received a response or been able to reach you. We are happy to address legitimate concerns directly and review the project records with you. However, we cannot agree with or leave unaddressed serious factual allegations that are inaccurate.
