very poor customer service.originally told the order would be shipped in two packages. got the tracking for one, but not the 2nd. I was told they would both arrive the same day. when calling again, I was given a tracking number for an item that is in stock, but hasn't shipped. Husky makes a better product for 1/2 the price

Product didn't fit properly and now is curling up. Terrible product and they won't warranty it, 0 customer service.

I want to share my experience as an international customer, in case it's useful to others. I ordered WeatherTech FloorLiners for my BMW (Order #M00007735, roughly $254 USD). The first shipment never reached me — according to the carrier, it was recalled/returned to WeatherTech's factory. To their credit, customer service opened a UPS case and reshipped the order. However, the replacement that arrived was the wrong product — mats that do not fit my vehicle. By this point I had already paid for the product itself plus the logistics and import taxes required to bring it into Mexico, so the error has cost me real money on top of the purchase. I reported this on May 18 with a photo showing the mats don't fit, and followed up on May 22 and again on July 1. As of late July I have received no meaningful resolution and no reply to my most recent messages. I'm not looking for anything beyond what I paid for: either the correct FloorLiners delivered, or a full refund including the costs caused by the mistake. WeatherTech publicly describes customers as its "number one priority" and promises to "work with them to reach a fair resolution." I'd simply like them to honor that here. I'll update this review as soon as the matter is resolved.

I ordered a hood protector. It came on time and fit well. Then I noticed that the Weathertech symbol on the edge is totally crooked. Lame. Where's quality control. Maybe I can rip it off and get rid of the glue underneath with goo be gone... I'd rather do that than deal with sending it back or customer service. Wish companies would take pride in their products.

I got the wind deflectors for the front and rear windows. The front went in snug and seem quite secure. I would probably give a 5-star if that was it. However the rear hardly seat and fall right out. WeatherTech provides some poor doublesided scotch tape to hold them in. Unfortunately three days after install one fell out somewhere on the road. Instead of having it look odd, I just grabbed the other rear window deflector and it slid right out. It feels like a scam to sell the rear deflectors at a premium price and have such crap install adhesive to go with them. I most likely will never use WeatherTech again and will not recommend to anyone.

I ordered a custom made windshield cover for my car. It does shield the windshield perfectly but if you live in the south you will burn your hands trying to remove it. Also be prepared to have your sunglasses knocked off, your rear view mirror rearranged and your ac vent needing adjustment. It doesn’t fold properly after removing. 50 bucks and another 9 bucks would not recommend. Not worth the hassle

They take forever to ship an item. I placed an order four days ago. They did not fill it until yesterday and now they tell me it won't ship for another two days. That will place it well over a week from order to receiving the items. They never sent me any update on my order or kept me informed as to the status of my order. When I call the customer service to inquire about it a very rude individual answered the call and proceeded to argue with me. He got loud and had very short answers and did not care about customer service and helping a customer. I now know why this company has such a low rating. After he went off on me I asked to speak to a supervisor. He claimed he was a supervisor! Noe it all makers sense the leadership is the problem. I will never spend another nickel with this sorry company.

I received my windshield protection for my Toyota bZ 2026 AWD. First: I received the package in a damaged box and humidity was present inside the shield. Tried to let it dry, but the aluminum shield just peeling from humidity. Second the shield seems to be too short to have a perfect fit, as the top always falling and leaves a gap between the windshield and the shield itself. Even if I try to pull it upwards and squeeze it under the car lining, it just don't stay in place. I had to built a plastic retaining plate to keep it in place near the front camera otherwise it always fall. I thought that the quality was a lot better, but it seems to be built with cheap material and an improperly designed as it is too short to stay in place. At least an inch too short as the base of the windshield extends farther that the dotted black line of the windshield. Have you ever tried it on a real car ? The quality of the product doesn't match what is presented on Weathertech website. Very disappointed, is a polite way to say my feelings right now. It will probably fit better in my trash can.
