Have weathertec mats for wife's 2020 ford edge. After 5 years I noticed small spot wearing where her heal sits. I contacted weathertec, sent picture, and was greatly surprised when they sent us both front mats under warranty. In my opinion their customer service went way beyond what other companies would do. I have been buying weathertec products for many years and will never stop

The No-Drill MudFlaps turned into Drilled MudFlaps. They did not line up like they are supposed to. (Back ones)

previously have weathertech floor and cargo mats for my outback. Work great. went to there website to inquire about seat covers, etc. All 4 things I went to look at ALL I GOT WAS IN THE IMAGE SELECTION SAYS "COMING SOON" DID THE CHAT AND SHE SAID COULD BE WEEKS OR MONTHS" GARBACE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO EXPECT SOMEONE TO PURCHASE SOMETHING THAT THEY CAN'T AT LEAST SEE A PICTURE OF. ESPECIALLY SINCE THERE STUFF IS REALLY EXPENSIVE. WE ALL DESERVE BETTR TREATMENT THAN THIS. PLEASE RECONSIDER BUYING ANY ITEMS FROM WEATHERTECH. TEHY HAVEN'T EARENED YOUR TRUST, BUSINESS OR MOST IMPORTANTLY YOUR MONEY MARK

I went back to Ford mats. The weather tech mats curl and are impossible to clean. My Explorer looked like someone's work truck.

Garbage. Waste of money.

Ordered a WeatherTech Side Window Deflectors for our 2024 Toyota RAV4. Very fast delivery. Nice looking and a nice fit, but hasn't been road tested yet. Things could change.

The rear seat pet bench protector is garbage. It was too short for the bench, Elastic straps that go around headrest are so large they hold nothing. There are also Velcro straps to help hold up back cover, but you have to do some tricky wrap around on the headrest posts for them to hold up. Or they just pull right apart. And the corners to the back just flap down after sometime in use. So it doesn't cover the sides of the seat. Material is good and the no-slip is nice. But the cover is frustratingly crappy for the price. Get something cheap off amazon. You'll be much happier.

My wife got me floor mats and seat protectors for my Silverado. Weather tech claims to be laser measured, but I think it’s time they recalibrate the equipment. My floor mats fit lousy, don’t fill the gap around the perimeter, and that gap makes them look cheap and off-the-shelf. But even worse are the seat protectors. They lack any kind of serious method to secure them. The drivers seat gets the most use, and is constantly shifting and pulling off as I get in the truck. The back seat is even worse though, having zero tie-down straps of any kind on the seat pad. The dog jumps in there and it just rolls up like a cheap blanket. My guess is these products are designed and made off shore somewhere. No self respecting American engineer or designer would produce crap like this. Or am I wrong…….?
